We are looking for someone who can support our restaurant branches with POS and network issues. Your job is to make sure every store can operate smoothly even when technical problems happen.
Problem solving: The ability to analyze issues and find solutions is critical for all IT roles
POS software proficiency:
- Experience with the specific POS system being used, including transaction processing and sales reporting is an advantage;
- Experience in maintaining and supporting all POS-related IT equipment, including servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, databases, and printers is an advantage;
- Installing updates firmware;
- Working with IT and technical teams to develop and modify systems to meet current and future needs;
- Hardware and software testing and diagnostics;
- Networking: Knowledge of network configuration and protocols is a foundational skill;
