Job Description
• Provides hardware and infrastructure support for customers at assigned refinery or field locations. This position works closely with other information technology specialists, integrators, and supervision as applicable to ensure the computing environment, assets, and supporting architecture are reliable and secure while also ensuring adherence to corporate standards.

• Primary responsibilities include Service Desk support/tickets, direct customer support, and on-going technology maintenance as assigned.
