Description
As a part of a their HyperCare initiative, we're looking for well-rounded Technicians with Networking Experience and strong technical support, to join their teams supporting users primarily through remote/telephony for Healthcare devices and upgrades.
Primarily - telephony-based troubleshooting and support for the Trio (intraoral scanners) and Digital Denture technology.
Will also be responsible for the hardware aspect and be trained in the depot/hands-on portion for these devices as well.
Our client is looking to supplement current staff by adding a dedicated Technicians to support the roll out specialized medical devices for companies new technology initiatives. They are upgrading from a software version 1 to version 3.
Following standard Operating Procedures to assist in post-install support and configure windows.
