WEI has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join our Operations Department. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system issues. This role involves troubleshooting technical problems, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring users can effectively use their technology tools. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems and networking.



Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or in person.


• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, basic networking problems.


• Set up and configure new workstations, user accounts, and access permissions.
