Role Overview We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to handle second-line technical support and own systems administration tasks. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with the discipline to maintain the systems the company runs on.
Key Responsibilities - Resolve escalated tickets that the help desk couldn't close - Administer SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta) - Manage device fleet, including provisioning, MDM, and lifecycle - Implement and maintain identity, access, and basic security controls - Document procedures and improve IT runbooks - Partner with security and engineering on systems improvements
