We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, support-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting users, and working across modern Microsoft cloud technologies.

POSITION INFO:
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support , maintaining cloud environments, and ensuring that systems are secure, stable, and efficient. Alongside day-to-day support, you’ll gain exposure to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise-grade technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users (hardware, software, and cloud-based systems)
• Manage and support Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server and Linux systems
