Genesis10 is seeking an IT Staffing Sales Executive (Hunter) - Remote for a full-time, permanent position with Genesis10 located in Chicago, IL.


Compensation: Base salary ranges from $75,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience. Total compensation is highly performance-driven and will vary based on the candidate’s industry experience, existing client relationships, and ability to generate and leverage new business opportunities.

This is a true Hunter role, 90% focused on new business development to expand Genesis10's footprint in the Chicagoland market. The successful candidate will prospect and cultivate new client relationships, selling IT staffing and talent solutions while partnering with internal recruiting teams to deliver top talent. Anchored by long-term clients and a strong pipeline of new business, our team is positioned for significant growth.
