Preferably should have a driver’s licence and own transport - if an External Client request to see you at their premises or work at their premises



Must have a Business Analyst certificate – This is very essential and not negotiable and all



IT Software Diploma or Degree or similar relevant Qualification.



Must have 5- 6+ years working experience as a Digital Software Business Analyst within the Group Life Insurance / Funeral Insurance Industry + Risk Insurance, supporting functionalities to enable the operation of the Product + configuration.



Must have experience in Software Projects and External Client Services.
