Job Overview :
Provide 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response support.
Act as first-level support: log incidents, perform initial analysis, and escalate critical issues.
Troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking environments.
Manage Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, patching).
Support cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, ELB, VPN Gateway, NAT, Security Groups).
Handle proxy configurations and network troubleshooting (DNS/DHCP).
Perform OS upgrades, software installations, and system updates.
Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python.
Prepare incident and performance reports.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Cloud, Network, or Windows Server administration.
