Digital Workplace Technologies Leader / IT Services Manager (m/f/d)

As Digital Workplace Technologies Leader / IT Services Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality Digital Workplace experience for employees across Switzerland. You will lead the contractor‑operated Digital Workplace Technologies team and ensure that employees are equipped with secure, reliable, and modern workplace technologies that enable productivity and collaboration.

You will directly manage the local onsite Digital Workplace support team (IT Lounge / Onsite Support) and ensure strong local service delivery. In parallel, you will coordinate the local delivery of centrally managed workplace services, such as Service Desk, Device lifecycle services, collaboration platforms, mobile services, and printing solutions.
