About the Role
You will deliver reliable first-line IT support, maintain a stable and secure infrastructure, and drive measurable improvements in IT service adoption across the business. This is a hands-on, people-facing role where your communication skills and technical expertise will make a direct impact every day.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Manage and fulfill service requests through ITIL-aligned service management processes
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation with high accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement lasting fixes
