What Youll Do - Provide first-line support for hardware software and network issues (laptops desktops mobile phones printers and peripherals)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS MS Office DNS DHCP and TCP/IP
- Manage and fulfill service requests through ITIL-aligned service management processes
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation with high accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement lasting fixes
