We are seeking a seasoned IT Procurement & Finance Manager to lead and drive end-to-end IT procurement and financial management activities within our Technology team in Singapore. This is a strategic role responsible for ensuring cost optimisation, strong procurement governance, financial discipline, and effective vendor management, while supporting the Bank's broader technology and regulatory objectives.
You will also lead a team and act as a key interface between Technology, Finance, Group Procurement, and external vendors, providing meaningful reports and insights to management.
