- Operate IT change / incident / problem management processes (incl. application changes)
- Operate the servers, platforms, and network systems located in both internal data room and IDC
- Maintain IT security solution(DLP, DRM, Patch) and call system (PBX, IVR, CTI, Recording)
- Coordinate IT Infrastructure issue resolution with HQ counterparts
- Plan and implement countermeasures to the identified vulnerabilities of IT assets (servers, network systems)
- Implement and enhance server and network security controls as per the guidelines and/or best practices
- Manage outsourced employees for infrastructure and client support

- 관련경력 3년~5년
- 영어 (이메일 커뮤니케이션)
