What Is The Job?

As IT Officer, youll assist IT Manager to ensure our computers are installed properly, working efficiently and that system security measures are in place. Youll also assist to install new systems as required to improve hotels efficiency, always follow standards and guidelines and make sure hotel teams have the tools and resources they need to work well.

Your Day‑To‑Day

People

• Perform daily system backup check, system logs audit, support request logs well documented
• Maintain and troubleshoot hotel ICT (Information Communication and Telecommunication) both hardware and software (PMS, POS, Hotel Operations Systems, Call Billing, PABX, Hotel Infrastructure (Guest and BOH) etc).
• Maintain the documentation of all ICT related hardware configuration and inventory
• Understand all the department workflow and assist as required and instructed by IT Manager
