            Job Description

Provide 2nd level support for network-related incidents and service requests (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from 1st level support within defined SLAs
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
Manage and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points)
Support configuration, installation, and upgrades of network infrastructure
Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors when required
Contribute to documentation (network diagrams, procedures, knowledge base)
Participate in IT projects (network expansion, security improvements, migrations)
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
Provide on-call support if required
