Work Schedule: 24x7 Support Availability (including nights and weekends as required); Onsite - 5 Days a Week

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support roles.
• Experience working in enterprise or high-availability network environments.

Mandatory Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
