            Job De ion:  Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical IT teams across applications, infrastructure, security, and integration. 
Provide clear technical direction and decision-making, even where requirements are evolving or not fully defined. 
Act as the IT technical focal point for projects delivered by geographically distributed, virtual teams. 
Drive alignment across technical teams to ensure a coherent end-to-end IT solution. 
Quickly understand, adopt, and apply internal IT standards, governance processes, and architectural principles. 
Identify and manage technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate. 
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and supportability requirements and are ready for operational handover. 
Represent IT confidently in project governance forums and senior stakeholder discussions.
