FEM (Federated Employers Mutual Assurance Company) is offering an internship program aimed at reducing youth unemployment in South Africa. This 12-month program provides two young South Africans the chance to gain valuable workplace experience within the IT department.

Candidates will engage in IT-related projects, develop crucial technical skills, and enhance their employability post-program. Eligible applicants must be unemployed South African citizens aged 18 to 35 and preferably hold an IT qualification.
