Job Description

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Can render a minimum of 400 hours of internship
• Basic knowledge in troubleshooting hardware & software
• Maintains open communication and a positive working relationship with staff.
• Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs.
• Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.
• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
