   5-8 years of experience in IT management or senior systems administration.

   Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

   Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and modern cybersecurity tools.

   Proven experience managing IT budgets and third-party vendor relationships.

   Strong leadership skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff and senior leadership.
