Nanalysis is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment with a diverse user base. This role is responsible for providing first touch technical support to our end users. This position requires timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, security, documentation, and adherence to ITSM processes. The IT Helpdesk Analyst works closely with the IT team to resolve incidents and identify recurring issues.
