Responsibilities - Oversee the infrastructure in the organization.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Setup and manage firewall.
- Manage Servers, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint for the Company.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of IT projects and the overall health of the organization's technology infrastructure.
