Job Summary Join a dynamic IT infrastructure team supporting SD-WAN, cloud, and security solutions across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities - Perform setup, deployment, and configuration of Cisco SD-WAN routers, including vManage.
- Configure, manage, and support Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and GlobalProtect VPN solutions.
- Execute SD-WAN change requests, including implementation, testing, and validation.
- Support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure implementation and ongoing changes.
- Provide troubleshooting and incident support across network, cloud, and security domains.
- Contribute to operational support, continuous improvement initiatives, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Network or other related fields.
