Main Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end software implementation for the Bank's strategic technology initiatives, with a focus on driving innovation in AI solutions.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between cross-border teams and external developers to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Vendor & Partnership collaboration: Business travel is required to oversee operations, build team alignment, and ensure project delivery.
- Project Implementation: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk mitigation, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Development Lifecycle: Involved in end-to-end execution of software projects (including banking apps and AI initiatives), ensuring compliance with HKMA regulations.
