Job Title: IT Desktop Technician
Location: Miami, Florida

Responsibilities


+ Provide immediate, face-to-face technical support for hardware, peripherals (printers, monitors, docking stations), and the Microsoft Office suite.

+ Monitor and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

+ Deploy workstations and laptops, including unboxing, hardware configuration, and using modern deployment tools to meet corporate standards.

+ Provision and manage company mobile devices (smartphones/tablets). Ensure proper enrollment in security platforms, configure email and essential apps, and train users on mobile security protocols.

+ Assist the IT Manager in coordinating with the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
