Description:
We are seeking an IT Deployment Specialist to participate in a laptop upgrade project for our US-based remote workforce.
While the hardware is physically housed and shipped from our centralized warehouse, you will serve as a facilitator between that warehouse and the end-user.
This role focuses on the logistical "magic" of getting new tech into employees' hands and getting old tech back, all without being in the same room as the hardware or the user.
You will be the primary point of contact for remote users you are upgrading, ensuring their transition to new hardware is frictionless and professional.
