Position Title: IT Business Relationship Lead

Job Summary: Acts as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business goals. Oversees the IT project portfolio, drives end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, manages incidents and operational issues, and leads collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for all IT-related concerns of the business unit
• Manage the IT project portfolio and oversee IT budget for the sector
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from ideation to implementation
• Monitor IT operations, incidents, and problem resolution
• Build strong partnerships between IT, business leaders, and key stakeholders
• Lead and supervise the Business Unit Engagement Team
