This position gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements for changes to the firm’s systems, applications, and technology portfolio. The role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, Service Vertical Teams (SVTS), and IT technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support solution delivery. This role contributes to continuous improvement and innovation efforts, including AI initiatives, by capturing use cases and requirements, coordinating evaluation activities with requesting attorneys/teams and appropriate partners, and supporting adoption of enhancements that improve functionality and efficiency for legal professionals.
