Collaborate with the users and internal IT team, translate business and technical requirement into system requirement, and manage vendor delivery team for project implementation of the enterprise solution
Coordinate with solution providers and users for the project implementation and production support activities
Participate in vendor solution sourcing, solution evaluation, technical design, tender process and contract management
Participate in the overall project delivery life cycle of IT applications to complies to standard IT Practices and Governance
Provide on-going support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability and availability for enterprise solutions
