Winterberry Irrigation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Irrigation Design & Estimating Coordinator to support projects from initial bid through final close-out.
This role is an essential part of our irrigation department, combining estimating, plan analysis, and project coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of deadlines, and brings both technical accuracy and strong organizational skills to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Review irrigation and landscape plans to understand scope of work
Perform detailed quantity irrigation take-offs 
Develop accurate cost estimates including (materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors)
Request, track, and evaluate vendor pricing
Prepare and submit professional proposals and bid documents
Maintain bid calendar and track/addendums and follow-ups
Organize project documentation for awarded and pending
