What You’ll Do:
Engage in high-stakes litigation encompassing patentability, inoperability, and freedom-to-operate issues.Prepare and respond to inter partes review (IPR) boards and work closely with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).Contribute to resolving groundbreaking disputes in artificial intelligence, software development, and machine learning sectors. What We’re Looking For:
