Your area of responsibility

As Investment Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for supporting the team throughout the investment lifecycle, starting from sourcing and execution of transactions to post‑closing value creation and asset management tasks all the way to potential opportunistic sell‑downs, with a particular focus on opportunities across internal markets.

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following key responsibilities:

• Contribute to identifying and evaluating attractive investment opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector globally
• Support transaction execution, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment memoranda for the Investment Committee
• Coordinate due diligence processes across technical, legal, financial, tax, and commercial workstreams, working closely with external advisors and internal experts
