Investment Specialist

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Application deadline: 3 July 2026. The role is open to Tier 1 & 2 applicants.

The Investment Specialist will work under the direct supervision of the UNCDF Regional Investment Specialist (RIS) for Western and Central Africa and the Caribbean and will report to the office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct onsite assessments, due diligence, and project monitoring in the Catatumbo region (Tibu, El Tarra, and Sardinata).
• Prepare distinct Terms of Reference (TOR) with clear deliverables, budget, and timelines prior to each field mission.
• Travel within Colombia as required, with expenses covered by UNCDF following UNCDF travel policies.
