My client, a well respected, extremely successful property investment advisor, is seeking an Investment Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. Your expertise in sales and your high levels of mentoring skill will help your experienced team to achieve their targets.
This is a coaching job, through and through.
They are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who will report to the Managing Director and own the performance of investment sales consultants. On a typical day, you might
* Sit on the sales floor and listen to live calls – coaching in the moment, while the call is still fresh
* Run focused one-to-ones built around specific call examples from that week
* Have conversations when activity, behaviour or numbers slip
* Spot the patterns in what’s working (and what isn’t) and coach the team into them
* Run team huddles that lift energy and sharpen focus
* Interview and onboard new consultants as the team grows
