As an Associate in Investment Banking Coverage for Central and Eastern Europe (“CEE”), you would be to assist on execution, marketing and coverage work for . public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across all industry sectors, equity capital markets advisory on various types of capital raising transactions such as listings and rights issues across the CEE region together with other colleagues from the team, as well as colleagues from various industry and / or product teams across regions.
