Investment Associate - Remote Work | REF#

Investment Associate at BDev Ventures (the non-strategic investment arm of BairesDev) focused on sourcing and investing in LATAM B2B software startups. This is a remote role with a focus on building relationships, sourcing opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies to scale.

What You Will Do

• Source great startups that fit our investment criteria.
• Develop initial relationships with startups and work with leadership to pursue potential investment opportunities.
• Represent BDev Ventures in the startup ecosystem, building relationships and promoting our brand.
• Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with financial data.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working in Venture Capital or directly with startups in an adjacent industry (e.g. accelerator)...
