Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A transactions, divestments, strategic partnerships, and capital raising mandates.
• Conduct detailed financial, commercial, industry, and market research to identify opportunities and support client decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models, including valuation analyses such as DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Assist in preparing investment committee papers, internal memos, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and data room management with clients, investors, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors.
• Monitor transaction progress, timelines, and key deliverables across multiple workstream
• Support origination efforts by researching target companies, sectors, and prospective investors.
