Stores Assistant
Fika Consultancy is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores Assistant to support our inventory and stock management operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth handling, storage, and distribution of company materials while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of stored items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill stock requests efficiently.
- Follow safety and storage guidelines to maintain a well‑organized warehouse.
- Keep records updated using inventory management systems.
