The Inventory Specialist accurately counts, verifies, and records parts in a warehouse environment while ensuring all items align with system records. This role focuses on completing detailed inventory audits, maintaining data integrity within SAP and related systems, and resolving discrepancies through careful investigation and problem solving.
Responsibilities

+ Count and verify parts stored on warehouse shelves with a high degree of accuracy.

+ Work collaboratively with two union team members to complete comprehensive inventory audits.

+ Review and manage a large volume of parts, including more than 38,000 individual items.

+ Match physical parts to their corresponding codes in SAP and confirm data consistency.

+ Complete inventory sheets thoroughly and enter all relevant information into SAP and other ERP tools.
