Responsibilities Serving as a member of a strategic supplier support relationship team, providing planning services for the assigned customer and/or category of items. Developing plans for highly complex/critical items and groups of items that may require the creation and frequent use of strategic alliances, partnerships, prime vendors, and long-term contracts with multi-level contract options. Providing, receiving, and analyzing Supplier Collaboration intelligence on DLA Direct and Customer Direct items to maximize efficiencies in meeting demands. Coordinating and/or collaborating with high-level personnel to ensure both successful fielding and continued improvement for key DLA initiatives. Conducting reviews on individual items with unique characteristics, strategic value, or complex problems.
