Job Summary:

Conduct accurate physical inventory counts at various retail store locations.

Responsibilities:

• Verify on-hand stock levels by counting, scanning, and recording merchandise.
• Compare physical counts with system records to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and document inventory variances, shortages, and overages.
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and organization of stock during counting activities.
• Follow standardized inventory procedures and company counting guidelines.
• Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports after each store visit.
• Assist in implementing loss prevention measures related to inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory equipment such as scanners, tablets, and counting tools.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and special counting projects as needed.
