The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Sommelier Intern from September.

 Key accountabilities:

  •  Ensure the implementation of the wines in the restaurant

  •  Follow up on service

  •  Participate in tastings with sommeliers

  •  Ensure the installation, cleaning and cleaning of glassware

  •  Assist the team in the organization of the cellar, delivery, storage of wines

  •  Responsible for customer care and service
