Recommends, designs, develops and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development.
Develops and implements program processes and procedures, maintains records and tracks outcomes.
Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Studies, Language or any related field with a minimum 3.0 CGPA
Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese would be highly preferred
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written proficiency
Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn and good sense of responsibility
