Position Purpose

Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) invites suitable, unemployed South African graduates between 18-35 to apply for a 12‑18 month internship programme within various functional areas. The programme provides institutionalised knowledge and on‑the‑job training, aiming to give practical work experience and help students or recent graduates apply their academic knowledge in a real‑world setting. This opportunity is open to students from registered TVET Colleges and HEIs who are not on any bursary, have completed all theoretical training, and have no prior work experience in their field of study.
