Just graduated from an M.S. and talented? Join the ING International Talent Programme.

The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we can pack into 2 intensive years.

During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.

In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop your potential in three key areas:

• Banking Skills
• Personal Growth
• Professional Development

In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees come together to learn, network and develop themselves.
