At ING we are looking for bright talent for the International Talent Programme – Wholesale Banking Track. Just graduated from a Master’s and talented? Join the ING International Talent Programme. The programme is a two‑year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years. During the programme you will rotate between different teams of the bank and attend workshops and activities to develop your potential in three key areas: banking skills, personal growth, and professional development. You will also attend 2 global events where all trainees come together to learn, network and develop themselves.
