The International Recruiter owns full-cycle recruitment for the Group’s Panama operations and its
international hiring needs. The role sources, screens, and assesses candidates across multiple
countries — with particular emphasis on Europe and the United States — manages the hiring
pipeline end-to-end, and partners with hiring managers across the Group’s entities to fill roles quickly
and with quality. The position is based in Panama and operates across multiple time zones.
Requirements
International recruiting experience: 2–3 years of experience recruiting for roles in more than
one country (mandatory).
English: Fluent English, written and spoken, at a professional level (mandatory).
Full-cycle recruiting: Proven track record managing the process end-to-end, from sourcing to
offer.
Sourcing tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards and sourcing
channels.
