An International Contact Center requires a Quality Assurance Supervisor to Head international marketing campaigns with customers in the United State and Europe.

Qualification Required & Experience

• This role is specifically for an expatriate or individual who has lived either in the UK or US, and has excellent fluent command of the English language with either an American or British accent.

• Previous sales, marketing and call center experience is helpful. However, not absolutely essential since an extensive training programme is provided

• Salary per month comprises of a competitive basic salary + performance bonuses = on target earnings (OTE) of GH 10,000.00 per month

• This position is open exclusively to graduates who have either a minimum of a Bachelor Degree or HND Certification.

• Age requirement ranges from 26 years to 40 years old
