Coordinate and oversee international Private Label tender processes, in close collaboration with local purchasing teams.

Ensure the end-to-end execution of calls for tenders, in line with defined governance, timelines and procedures.

Lead and facilitate cross-border coordination meetings, including interactions and discussions with international suppliers.

Act as a key point of contact for local coordinators across partner organisations, ensuring consistent alignment and information flow.

Support or contribute to supplier negotiations at European level, in cooperation with internal stakeholders.

Develop, maintain and continuously enhance reporting tools and dashboards to monitor budgets, tenders and supplier performance.

Master's degree holder, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, retail or consulting environments.
